Custom nesting effort bug in v 2.2.1

To repro this issue:

1. Create a custom nesting effort

• set to nest from upper right corner of sheet

2. Import parts and use your custom nesting effort

Behavior observed:

1. Parts are nested far left of the sheet
2. Some parts overlap

Here's a screenshot of my custom nesting effort settings. It's a setting-for-setting copy of the default MAX effort, but with the upper right selected rather than using Sheet Origin.
