Shipping methods, timelines, tracking, and international delivery information for JetCad store orders.

This policy applies to physical goods orders placed through the JetCad store at jetcad.io/store.
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a separate shipping notification with your tracking number when the order leaves our facility.
We ship within the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your order, and the selected shipping method.
Estimated transit times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Transit times begin when the carrier picks up the shipment, not when the order is placed.
We ship to select international destinations. Available countries and shipping rates are shown at checkout.

We recommend checking your country's import regulations for electronics and apparel before ordering.
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can use this number on the carrier's website to follow your shipment. For international orders, tracking updates may be limited once the package leaves the United States.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are unable to change a shipping address after an order has been fulfilled. JetCad is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 10 business days (domestic) or 30 business days (international), please contact us at admin@jetcad.io with your order number. We will work with the carrier to investigate.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control, but we will do our best to help resolve any issues.
For orders that are confirmed lost by the carrier, we will ship a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and the item before opening further, and contact admin@jetcad.io within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement at no charge.
