Refund & Return Policy

Our policies on refunds, returns, and hardware warranty for software subscriptions and physical goods.

This policy covers refunds and returns for JetCad3 software subscriptions and physical goods purchased through the JetCad store. Please read it before making a purchase.


Software Subscriptions

No Refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable. When you purchase a JetCad3 subscription, you receive immediate access to the software. Cancellation at any time stops future charges, but no refund is issued for the current billing period or any prior periods.

This applies to both monthly and annual subscription plans.

Free Trial

New subscribers who qualify for a free trial are charged nothing during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. If you do not cancel, you are charged the full subscription amount at the end of the trial period. Charges made after a trial ends are subject to this no-refund policy.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have paid for. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

Exceptions

We understand that unusual circumstances arise. If you believe your situation warrants an exception to this policy, email admin@jetcad.io and we will review it. We make no commitment to issue refunds outside this policy, but we will consider legitimate cases individually.


Physical Goods — Hardware (JetFlight Controllers and Accessories)

No Returns on Hardware

Due to the technical nature of our hardware products, we do not accept returns on JetFlight controllers or other electronic components unless the item is defective.

Defective Hardware

If your hardware product arrives defective or fails within 30 days of delivery, contact us at admin@jetcad.io with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the defect or failure
  • Photos or video demonstrating the issue where applicable

We will review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement unit at no charge. We do not offer refunds on hardware — replacements only.

The 30-day warranty period begins on the date of delivery as recorded by the carrier. Defects caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear are not covered.

After 30 days, hardware is sold as-is with no warranty.


Physical Goods — Apparel and Merchandise

30-Day Returns

Apparel and non-electronic merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method, provided the item is:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • In its original packaging with any tags still attached

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email admin@jetcad.io with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. We will confirm eligibility and provide a return shipping address.
  3. Ship the item back at your expense using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are credited to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Apparel Items

We cannot accept returns on apparel that has been worn, washed, damaged after receipt, or is missing original tags or packaging.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, contact us at admin@jetcad.io within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage or incorrect item. We will make it right at no cost to you.


Refund Timing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of approval. The time for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer and is typically an additional 3–10 business days.
