Percentage In design Scaled not working

Hey Scott,

Can you be more specific about what you seen here? The percentage scale works on my machine in the design workspace the same as it does throughout the entire application. Maybe some screenshots would help me track down whats going on

Oh I see! The HUD Width and Height scale are acting up, probably something in regards to Preferred units again. I'll add a guard for that specifically in the test harness. I'll sort this out tonight.
