Please add Costing Per Meter of cutting

Added! This request turned into a full overhaul of the quoting system, coming in the next update (v2.4.1).

The Quote dialog now has a pricing method picker: By Cut Distance, By Machine Time, or By Area. Set it to By Cut Distance, type 9.50 into the Cutting Rate ($/m) box, and every quote bills total cut distance × your rate — with per-pierce and gas costs still available as optional add-ons if you want them. Cut distance now shows everywhere: per sheet, per part, in the job summary, and on the printed quote, in meters (or feet for inch users).

While I was in there, material pricing moved to a proper per-material price list saved on your machine — one row per material and thickness from your cut charts, with an optional per-material rate override so thick plate can charge more per meter than thin sheet. And if you scribe part numbers, engraving distance is tracked separately with its own optional rate, so it's never billed at the cutting rate.
