Equilateral Polygon - Gcode generation

Oh, interesting. I was able to re-produced this right away. That's a broken gate logic branch in the blanket arc fitter in the Plasma workspace falsely classifying a closed chain as a full circle even though that maximum junction deviation should negate it.

Thanks Scott — the arc fitter was incorrectly identifying the polygon’s vertices as a circle without checking the flat edges between them. That validation is now fixed while preserving real circle and arc recovery. The fix is included in v2.5.4.
