OH I see that makes sense. I completely missed that. So nested comments slipped through. The post isn't purposely doing a nested comment, that string literal is making through from the Part name itself and i didn't guard the post against Mach 3's non-ability to handle nested comments. I fixed it and attached it here. The updated post will be bundled in the next post as well

And sorry, I didn't realize those THC volt values were from Hypertherm, I just figured they were Fastcut CNC specific.

No worries at all. That's a valid assumption actually because there's quite a few manufactures that use bad AV measurements especially in early non-linear analog isolation for those analog inputs an just tell their customers to run their AV numbers and not true numbers due to that. Luckily it looks like Flash Cut did a good job with their AV analog input. If they did not, you would have to edit each cut chart item for the plates you cut commonly in JetCad3 to set them to the right AV for the machine to cut at the correct height.

Post worked fine for the few parts that I cut so far.
